I was born 1/20/66 in St. Joseph Hospital in Providence, RI. The attending physician was E. Samayoa. My mother was living in the Sophia Little Home on Norwood Avenue in Cranston during her pregnancy. She was 17, of English/Scottish origin, protestant, Olive skinned with blue eyes and brown hair, 5'9" tall, said to have small, even features. She had an older, married half sister and a younger brother, her father was in the military. My mother did not get along with her father, and after my birth did not return home. She had another child about 1 year after my birth, and the social workers lost track of her.

My adoptive parents told me I was adopted through a United Way agency. At the time the office was on the grounds of the Butler Hospital property in Providence.

Birthfather: I found out he was in his early 20's, of German heritage and originally from Wisconsin. He had brown hair/hazel eyes and was about 5'6" tall. He was enlisted in the Navy, possibly with the Seabees in Davisville.
