This baby boy (birth name John) was first taken to the home of the birth mother because my biological aunt saw a man and a woman come to the house with an infant and she saw the child. The eyes are a give-away as they are slighly almond shapped and small with droppy lids... kind of a sleepy look. A family trait. The Birth mother lived downstars from the family. It was a house in Methuen, MA. My aunt thinks the baby may have been fostered by the birth father or his sister. Apparently this went on for nearly a year and then the birth mother found out and took the baby to DSS.

My aunt is pretty sure year of birth as '64 since she also had a baby born then. She says the baby was born at Bon Secour Hospital. Social services lists DOB as May '66, but family swears it was '64.

Fathers name is John, my biological father also. Was in armed forces for 16 years? Navy?

Birth Father's last name Goff, of Goffstown, NH?

Sheila Frankel from Ma DSS told me that he was in the military for 16 years, had 3 brothers and one sister. He may also have worked at Rutter's laundry in Lawrence/Methuen, Ma. (no longer there).

Birthmother's name is Betty (Elizabeth) Boda of Essex city, MA. Birthmother never married. Died age 49.

Sheila F also states that child has some "emotional problem, but he's not mentally retarded". said he attributes it to "his years in foster care" which contradicts her statement of baby being adopted at birth.

I would be his full sibling, his sister. I was also adopted, born 11/8/58. Birth name Leslie.
