A nice, summer breeze blew by and though the hair of Daph, Savvie and Sabri. They were staying in a cabin next to the men's cabin at Meadow's Peak.
Sabri sketched and took pictures of the meadows. Daph and Savvie went swimming and Velma went canoeing. Shaggy and Scooby were making sandcastles. Madison and Fred were soaking up the sunrays.
A creep stared at the eight members of Mystery Inc having fun. Madison got up from the beach and joined Sabrina.
"Whatcha sketchin'?" Madison asked. "The landscape." Sabrina replied, not looking up from her sketch. "That's lookin good." He said. "Thanks." She replied, looking at him, smiling.
He was two millimeters from her face to kiss her when Velma walked up to them. "Hey you two." She greeted. "Hey sis." Sabri said with a smile.
"Whatcha doin?" She asked. "Sketchin." Sabrina replied, showing her the picture. "That's awesome!" Velma said.
She went away. "I’ve gotta get food for dinner tonight. See ya later." He said, giving her a kiss on the cheek. He left her alone again.
Madison went fishing. Instead of sketching the landscape, she sketched Madison fishing. Fred, Daphne and Savvie came up to her. "Hey, whatcha doin?" Savvie asked.
"Uh, nothing." Sabri said, hiding the book. "We know you're sketching." Fred said. "Fine." Sabrina said. She showed them what she was doing. "You're good." Daph said. "Thanks." Sabri said. Daph motioned the others to leave.
"Can we talk?" Daph asked. "Sure." Sabri said. "I'm gonna come out and say this, I almost saw you two kiss, are you two seeing each other behind everyone's back?" Daph asked. "We're taking this very slow." Sabri replied. "We haven't started dating yet." Sabri said.
"I see." Daph said, flipping though Sabrina's sketch book "What gives you that idea?" Sabri asked. "I don't know, the way you two look at each other, and it's all in this sketch book so there's no escaping the truth Sabbs." Daph said.
"Okay." Sabri said. "It's all evident Sabi. I know it, you know it, everyone knows it." Daphne said. "Tell him that you want to start dating." Daph said. "Thanks. I'll go tell him." Sabrina said.
Sabri went to the pond in which Madison was fishing. She took off her sandals and stepped into the water.
Madison casted and instead, accidentally hooked Sabrina's back. "Owe! My back!" Sabri yelped. Madison dropped the fishing pole and turned around.
The fishing hook was deep in the skin of her back. “I’m soooo sorry. I'll get Velma." Madison said, running off.
He opened the door to the cabin. "Velma! Come quick!" Madison said. Velma was putting away her canoeing gear. "What is it?" She asked. "Bring the First Aid Kit!" Madison said, bolting out of the door again.
Velma took the first aid kit from the front of the door and ran after him. She followed him to the pond where Sabrina was. She was crying in pain and there was blood running down her back.
She ran to Sabri's side. "Sabrina, calm down, shh." Velma said. Madison worked on getting the fishhook out of her back. Sabri continued to cry. It was very painful.
"It's almost out and over with." Madison said. He had no choice but to yank it out. Sabrina hollered in pain. Madison walked away. Velma dressed the wound. "Are you okay? Does it hurt a lot?" Velma asked.
"Yeah, it does." Sabrina said. "Are you mad at Madison?" She asked. "No." Sabrina said. "Where did he go?" She asked, looking up the hill.
"He went back to the cabin." Velma replied. Sabrina got up and walked to the cabin. "Madison, come here and see me please. I'm not mad at you." She pleaded.
"I'm right here." He said in an angry tone. She went out back. There he was, sitting on the ground, his back was on the wall. "Are you mad at me?" Sabri asked.
"At you? No. I can never be mad at you. I'm mad at myself. I should have looked behind me. I'm soooo sorry." Madison said. "It's okay. It's my fault." Sabri said, joining him.
She sat down beside him, hugging her knees to her chest. "Why?" He asked. "I took you by surprise. I knew I wasn't suppose to." Sabri said. "I'm glad you're okay." He said.
He frowned. She frowned with him. "Come on, smile." She said. He did for a second. "Why did you come up behind me?" He asked, taking her hand. "I wanted to say something, but it doesn't matter." Sabri said.
Inside, Fred was watching them from a window. "What happened to Sabbs back?" He asked. "Madison was fishing, he casted, not knowing she was behind him and the hook hooked into her back." She replied.
" Is she alright?" Fred asked. "Yeah. But I think that Sabri will convince your brother not to be mad at himself for a mistake in which, she somewhat, caused." Velma explained. "She was in A LOT of pain. It hurt her sooo bad. But she isn't mad at him." Velma continued.
Outside... "It does matter to me." Madison said. "Okay, here it is. Daphne told me to just come out and say it. So here it is, I want us to start dating." Sabri said.
"You mean, dating, dating, like going out to dinner and doing stuff?" He asked. "No, we can hang out and do things together without going out." Sabrina said.
"Good. " He said. "Good." Sabrina repeated. She gave him a hug. "Aren't you in a lot of pain?" Madison asked. "Yeah. But I've blocked the pain out." Sabrina said.
Daphne was calling for her. "HEY SABRI! COME HERE PLEASE!" Daphne yelled. "COMING!'" Sabrina hollered back. She got up, gave him a kiss on the cheek and left.
"What is it?" Sabri asked. "Let me see your back. Velma told me about what happened. I'm so sorry." Daphne said. "Sure." She showed her the long, deep cut. "That's uuuugggllyy." Daphne shrieked in disgust. Savvie walked up to them and saw it too. "That's disgusting!" Savvie said, walking away.
"No kidding! It hurt like heck." Sabrina said with a pause. "I did what you said earlier." She said. "So, what did he say?" Daph asked eagerly.
"He didn't react. He said 'dating, dating, like going out to dinner and doing stuff?' He didn't quite believe it." Sabri said. "That's a start Sabrina. That's a start, let's go have some fish." Daphne said. They walked back up to their cabin.
Night fell quickly on to Meadow's Peak. Sabri went to bed early and so did Madison. That was a big mistake.
At midnight the creep broke into both of the cabins and hypnotized Sabrina and Madison. Daphne tossed and turned because she was having a nightmare. She woke up screaming.
Fred ran right to the other cabin, not realizing that his brother was gone. He searched for Sabri first. He woke everyone up. "Sabri and Madison are missing." Fred announced. "They must have went somewhere together." Daphne said.
In the woods, the creep put them in a trance. The key sentence was "solve this mystery." When anyone said it, they could control their actions. They wouldn't have any recollection of what happened while under the trance.
They returned to the cabins, dazed and confused. "Sabrina!" Velma shouted, getting up and knocking Sabri over. Sabrina gave Velma a hug, got up and went back to bed. Madison did too.
In the middle of the night, the creep came back and said, "Solve this mystery." Now the young couple was under his control. They walked outside and stood next to a tree stump.
"Take the keys to the van, and hide the van in the woods, and hide it well." He said. So, Madison stole the keys and gave them to Sabri. Sabri hid the van two and a half miles from the cabins.
They returned to the cabin. In the morning, Velma woke up and went outside. She saw Savvie. "Where's the van?" She asked. "I don't know." Savvie said.
Fred, Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby woke up to find the van was gone. Sabri and Madison were out of their trance. They were surprised when they saw that their van had vanished.
"The van, it's gone!" Sabri said, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Madison put an arm around Sabri's shoulder and held her close to him. "Who'd take our van?" Shag asked.
"I don't know, but the keys are gone too." Fred mentioned. "Let's just solve this mystery!" Velma said. That did it. It put Madison and Sabri in their hypnotic state.
Daph noticed that the two were frozen, almost hypnotized. "Sabrina, Madison, are you two okay?" Daph asked. "What's going on?" "I don't know, I know what I said." Velma said. "You can control them. Try something." Daph whispered.
There wasn't a response. But the creep was in the woods, watching his victims. "Drat!" He said.
"Okay you two, where's the van and the keys?" Velma asked. Sabrina presented the keys to Velma like she was a robot.
"Ask them where the van is." Fred whispered to Velma. "Where's the mystery machine?" Velma asked. The two just walked off. The gang followed them until they were where the van was located. "Hello? Are you two okay?" Savvie asked.
"We've solved this mystery." Fred said. Sabri and Madison snapped out of their trance. Sabri shook her head and Madison looked around. "What are we doing here?" Sabri asked. "How did we get here?" Madison asked.
"You don't remember?" Daph asked. "Remember what?" Madison asked. "Oh gosh." Fred said. "You two took us here, we hiked." Savvie said. Sabri was very confused. "Never mind., let's just get you two back to the cabin." Fred said.
They drove back in the Mystery Machine to the cabins. "Sabri, what happened?" Velma asked as she was taking out her mini tape recorder. "Some one asked where the Mystery Machine was. You got frustrated and said something, and that's it." Sabri said.
"Then, I remember the woods were you said that that we were confused and you asked a bunch of questions." Sabri said. "Wow, I knew what I said and when i said it, but you two, you and Madison were in a hypnotized state. Like you were hypnotized." Velma described.
"Wow. That's means that someone must have hypnotized the both of us and the person instructed us to, steal the van." Sabrina said, gasping. The creep came by again. He stood quite a distance away.
Then he said... "Solve this mystery." Madison and Sabrina stopped what they were doing and left. The gang followed them deep, deep into the woods. The guy guided Sabri and Madison into a cabin. "I want you to capture your friends and here's how." He said.
Days later, the gang ventured into the woods to hike around Kodak Springs. They ended up on Arcadia Hights Cliff overlooking Meadow's Peak.
The gang was surprised when a hypnotized Sabrina and Madison pushed them off the edge. They landed in a net. The net closed in on the gang.
The creep joined Sabri and Madison. "That's the guy in my nightmares!" Daphne hollered. The person started laughing.
"You've been betrayed by your companions!" He said with an evil laugh. "Not yet!" Fred hollered. Madison and Sabri stood there, frozen in their state.
A few, long moments later, they were in the creep's cabin. The mind control phrase was said so much between the creep and Fred that it broke the thing that the creep had over them. It also drove them into a lip lock.
It was evident to everyone now that the two have now fallen in love. "I was gonna to help you with your night mare." Fred said to Daphne. The two, (Madison and Sabrina) jumped the person and hog-tied the person.
"Let us out." Shaggy hollered. Sabrina took out her Swiss Army Knife and cut them free. "Who are you?" Fred asked when he was free. "I'm not a man, I'm a woman. I'm Marianna Martinez. I was going to get you guys back for what you did to my brother!" Marianna said.
After Marianna was read her rights back at the cabin and taken away by the police, Sabrina and Madison sat on the beach. A yard in front of them, Daphne and Fred were having their romantic moment.
"It's great that the mystery's solve and Madison and Sabrina are going to recover." Daphne said. "Me too." Fred said, holding Daphne.
Madison was holding Sabrina as they were sitting on the sand. "I'm glad that we're okay too." Madison said. "When is your brother going to tell Daph that he's in love with her?" Sabri whispered.
"I don't know, but let them have their romantic moment." Madison said. Daph and Freddie had their romantic moment. So did Sabrina and Madison.
