| Since 1988, I have been specializing in sales and marketing of homes and land in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. For many years, I operated as an Independent Broker and had various affiliations with other real estate agencies in our area. I chose to become affiliated with RE/MAX, as I find them to be a very honorable and reputable real estate agency. In March of 1999, I became the only agent in our area, to be contracted by the HomeSOS program. This Nonprofit Housing Corporation only uses specialized and trained real estate agents to represent them. |

| To offer the best service to my clients, I participate in all ongoing training offered to real estate professionals. I keep all my memberships active and because of this, I am able to assist you in your purchase or selling needs throughout the country. I am currently registered as Certified and licensed Realtor. My memberships are active with the National Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Services. |

Because I know this area extensively, I can offer you knowledgeable advice about our school systems, neighborhoods and how the market trend has been reflected over the years. I am the father of four children and spend any leisurely time I have, devoted to helping improve their quality of life. New Hampshire has so many beautiful attractions with its' lakes and mountains, that I really enjoy sharing these things with my children and invite you to do the same. |
