October 13, 2007 - Saturday

My human was invited to Corpus Christi this past week-end by a co-worker. There was a Christian concert
of some sort and a second driver who knew the area was needed. My human had been through there twice
before so who better to go? We went to see Jeremy Camp at the Corpus Christi Christian Fellowship Church.
I'd never heard his music before but he was pretty good. The concert opened with Mainstay who despite
some technical difficulties did a great job.

After the concert we went back to our room where we were staying. I did get my own bed as usual,
however, we had a glitch with the digital camera and so we had to swtich over to film for a while.
We didn't finish the roll of film yet so I'll post those pictures on here later

The next day we went sight seeing around corpus. We started with the USS Lexington. At this rate, I
just may get a picture on every U.S. ship! =) I also took pictures around various parts of Corpus.

The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History also has a display of Columbus' three ships. I spotted
the "Nina" in the water and ran up for a quick picture. There are quite a number of places that I found
to take pictures. At every turn there's something to see. There's even plenty to do. Spectacular places
to go eat.

Here I am with my human's co-worker and friend, two scary pirates behind bars. There's fishing gear
every where. What a scary entrance to a store! Do check back again as I will put up more pictures
once I get the film developed!
