~ Whisper by Vlad Tepes ~

I watch you sleep, my princess, angel on soft down.
Your chest rises, your heart beats, sweet blood runs in your veins.
I cherish each small movement, my queen, baby in warm fleece.
Your finger twitches, your eye quivers, dreams flow through your head.
You are the essence of beauty, desire, longing.
I whisper in your ear.
You nod unwaking.
I take you in my arms, and hold you tight, draining you.
patiently, whispering in your ear.
Deeper sleep now your domain, soon new eyes open, forever.

~ Tears of Blood by Lady Wizard ~

Tears of blood tears of pain
it's all the same
Stained cheeks and broken glass
that is all that remains except for the pain
My heart yearns and aches
Reaches for more
but you close the door
Broken dreams, Broken hearts
It's all the same
Love gained love lost
Nothing stays the same
Reaching in the dark looking for more
Only to find nothing but the closed door
Hearts of stone, Hearts of pain
It's all the same
Nothing remains nothing to see hear
or touch just the loneliness and
nothing more.

~ Together by Vamp N ~

I come to you at sunset.
The shadows cover me, they are my friends.
They give me comfort.
I will no longer have to walk this world alone.
I pull you close, drinking the warm, rich blood from your veins.
Ummm, it tastes like wine.
I feel you slump against me, then once again you softly stir.
Now . . . We can travel the dead of night together.

~ A Vampire Poem by Link ~

I want your blood.
I feed on the blood of others.
That's how I stay youthful and alive.
Believe in angels?
Then believe in Vampires.
Believe in me.
There are worse things on earth
The waining darkness
Oh Darkone whos' teeth are stained with blood
Whos' glance, so deep, it penetrates
The hunger, when fed, deteriorates
The red when thickens turns to mud.
The souls he takes are but alive
They cling to death but do survive,
Their dreams are clear and precise
Their skin not warm but like ice.
Their day is night, it comes so fast,
And for an instant, it seams to last;
But too quickly, and silently comes the light,
Oh reddened eyes, they hide from sight.
Oh Darkone whos' teeth are stained with blood
Whos' appetite is like a flood
Please tell what kind of breed are you?
Where death is life, and but a clue.
Your strength is but a mystery,
Except to those who have learned the creed.
Mother Earth holds up her hands so high
Which enables you to soar and fly.
And in the end you rest, but not in peace,
Tomorrows come, and never cease.
Your mind is strong, you have the will,
Does tomorrow come; with out a Kill?

~ A Vampire's Lament by Sandra DeLuca ~

Dying embers glow
as his ashes ride the gentle wind--
As dawn steals my precious night,
I shall seal my body inside this silk-lined casket--
to slumber alone--
Mourning--
within this empty tomb,
I shall close my eyes,
and a hundred years will pass--
not to dance in the midnight rain,
or to feast beneath the moon
is how I shall spend my grief--
perhaps to rise one day,
and know hunger once again,
to seek another's flesh,
to know unbridled lust--
A Vampire's lament--
Tragedy--
cards of swords laid out upon bloody altar--
The Tower crumbles--
like our red den--
gutted and destroyed by mortal fear--
And my lover shall not walk within shadows,
smiling down at me,
chanting words of adoration--
I seal my crypt--
as his ashes float through
the rusted gates of time---
For now--
all that remains is the wind.
