The Township tree lighting took place
on December 10, 1999. A large crowd listened to beautiful
choir music while waiting for the arrival of Santa.
Santa
arrived with great fanfare and ten fire trucks. The crowd counted down
and Santa pulled the switch. The tree was lit.
Inside
the building an orchestra played inspirational music while the guests
were treated to refreshments and hot chocolate.
A very nice way to begin the Holiday Season!
