Transmission

883 new process 4 speed, rebuilt by Passon Performance.

Clutch linkage rebuilt with Year One kit.

Shifter mechanism rebuilt by Hurst.

Mr. Gasket solid shifter bushings.

Drive shaft rebuilt with Spicer U-Joints and balanced by Accosella Driveline.

Flywheel: Stock, resurfaced and balanced.

Clutch: Centerforce dual friction disk and pressure plate and throw out bearing.

Engine

Block: 1977 440 HP block, casting # 4567789, bored .030 over, decked and line honed, Clevite 77 cam bearings, brass freeze out plugs, ARP main bolts. All Machine work done by Haledon Auto Parts. Entire rotating assembly balanced, pistons, rods, crank, balancer, flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. All fasteners ARP stainless steel.

Heads: Stock 452 open chamber castings, 3 angle valve job, Perfect Circle valve seals, SSI valve springs, purchased complete from PAW. Mopar Performance head bolts. Fel-Pro steel shim head gaskets.

Rocker Arms: Mopar Performance

Rocker Arm Shafts: Mancini Racing hard chromed.

Pushrods: Crane 3/8” chromemoly.

Crank: 1968 forged steel, ground .010 on mains and journals. Stock balancer.

Rods: Stock LY rods, refurbished, ARP rod bolts.

Pistons: Keith Black Hypereutectic PN# 237 flat top with valve relief 10.2:1 compression with 90 cc heads.

Piston rings: Perfect Circle moly, top ring gap hand fitted @ .028 for use with nitrous.

Bearings: Clevite 77 main and rod .010 under, full groove.

Gaskets: Fel-Pro.

Cam: Mopar Performance PN 4120237 hydraulic .509” lift, 292 duration, 108 centerline installed straight up. Mancini Racing HD cam bolt.

Timing Chain: Summit double roller.

Oil Pump: Mopar performance high volume, MP high pressure spring.

Oil Pan: Mopar Performance stock capacity.

Windage Tray: Mopar Performance.

Water Pump Housing: Stock, stock pump.

Intake Manifold: Edelbrock Victor 440 single plane.

Carb: Holley Street Avenger 870 cfm, #88 secondary jets, Mr. Gasket dual feed, clear sight plugs, Mancini Racing throttle bracket, Mr. Gasket return spring kit. Jeg’s 14” chrome air cleaner.

Fuel Pump: Holley Blue electric with Holley adjustable chrome regulator.

Fuel Line: Summit 3/8” aluminum.

Valve Covers: Mopar Performance chrome.

Fan: Flex-A-Lite 16”

Distributor: Stock Reman, advance curve set @ 38 degrees total, all in by 2000 rpm, vacuum advanced locked out (not used). Mr. Gasket light Chevy advance springs.

Ignition: MSD digital 6 box and MSD Blaster coil.

Wires: Accell 300+

Exhaust: Dynomax ceramic coated headers, flowmaster 3” s-bends, flowmaster 3” two chamber mufflers, 3” turndowns.

Wheels and Tires

Front: Weld Pro Stars 15 x 6” with BF Goodrich Radial TA P225/60 SR 15.

Rear: Weld Pro Stars 15 x 8” with BF Goodrich Radial TA P275/65 SR 15.
