Vampires of CCN Importance

As Ex-Prince Marina Griffin so aptly showed in her now infamous "PowerPoint presentation" on the Camarilla, the "Ruling Council of DC" represents local/city government. But there are many influential Vampires in and around DC that can strongly affect the city on either a Clan or Sect level. Some are allies, some are foes -- some...no one knows. As with the Ruling Council, if you click on the name of the person it will give you an email link for contacting them between games (remember to copy CapChronNights@aol.com on all between games actions, as well as your Clan Storyteller). Understand that some of these Vampires (or others) simply *can't* be contacted by Neonates without special circumstances. Thus, some of the names have no email links.
