Seafood and Pasta Salad

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas (rinsed)
8 oz. corkscrew pasta (cooked, rinsed and drained)
1-1/2 cups chopped imitation crab meat (8 oz.)
1 cup broccoli flowerets (blanched for 3 minutes)
1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup green onions (sliced)

Combine mayonnaise, Italian salad dressing and cheese in large bowl; blend well. Add peas, pasta, imitation crabmeat, broccoli, green pepper, tomato and onions; toss gently to mix. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
