Frozen Strawberry Cream Pie

1 9-inch pie shell (baked and cooled)
1 cup (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries (defrosted)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Beat at highest speed until thick and creamy, 5 to 8 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until thick. Fold gently but thoroughly into strawberry mixture by hand. Spoon mixture lightly into pie shell. Freeze 4 to 6 hours before serving.
