Use CASES under UNIX to develop programs for computer assisted telephone interviewing;
use C and Perl under both UNIX and DOS to develop various reports to measure interviewer
productivity; and use SAS under Win95 and UNCLE under DOS to analyze the results of the
interviewing and generate reports thereof. Use MS Access under Win95 to create and maintain
tracking systems and generate reports associated with interview sample data.
