An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held at Saint Veronica's Roman Catholic Church, Howell, on January 2, 1999, for Eagle Scouts Christopher A. Femiano and Niroop S. Gonchikar. ER Steve Jankowski  presented the two Eagle Scouts of Troop 300 with $100 savings bonds from the Lodge.
 

Eagle Project - Christopher Femiano
The project consisted of planning, purchasing of food and material to host a dinner and breakfast with each having an associated Health Fair and Screenings. All proceeds from the meals were donated to the St. Veronica Vincentian Committee for the sick and needy of the parish.
 
Eagle Project - Niroop S. Goonchikar
Niroop cleaned, repaired and expanded a 40 foot long brick walkway at the Mackenzie House and Museum in Howell. Bricks used were recovered, cleaned and reconditioned from a broken wall nearby. In addition, a beehive was purchased and protected in a scout-built wooden shelter.

the Eagle Scout Ceremony at the Howell Township
Municipal Building. He is shown here presenting a $100
Savings Bond to Eagle Scout Sean Guinane, on behalf
of Howell Elks Lodge #2515. The Howell Elks are very
involved in local scouting, sponsoring a Scout Troop, Cub
Pack, and Brownie Troop.
