Letter of September 18, 1995 to Dutch Police at Rijsbergen

No response was ever received. A letter of the same date to Bethanië refugee camp came back eight months later, partly opened.

Gentlemen:

From 27 October, 1992 until my forced repatriation on 1 February, 1993, I was an asylum-seeker at OC Bethanië, under the jurisdiction of your office. Several days before my deportation, I had informed camp authorities of a child-prostitution ring operating at Bethanië. Your government rejected my attempt to re-enter the Netherlands on 4 February, 1992, and I ended up as a patient at Van Helmont Hospital in Vilvoorde, Belgium.

While at the Belgian hospital, I saw the young girl, known as Jalilah, whose abuse had prompted me to speak up at the camp. With her was her brother, but I did not see her sister. The children seemed to be in the custody of someone other than the man who had presented himself as their father in Rijsbergen.

Belgium eventually imprisoned and deported me. I have somehow survived the cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment inflicted upon me by your government, the Belgian government, and my own government. My suicide attempt of 3 November, 1993 was unsuccessful. I live in poverty and illness, still the victim of electromagnetic mental torture, assault with radiation, and bio-chemical poisoning at the hands of American agents. I can't run away any more. I must make my stand here. Though I would gladly do it all over again, I would like to know that my sacrifice was not in vain.

As the attached excerpts from letters to Mr. Walter Bowart demonstrate, I have not forgotten those children. What happened at the camp after my deportation? Was anyone hurt? Was the sexual exploitation of Jalilah, her sister, and possibly others ever prosecuted? Jalilah's "father" was apparently an American agent who had been a neighbor of mine in Elizabeth, NJ, USA in the summer of 1992. Was he brought to justice, or does he still have the opportunity to ruin young lives under color of "national security?" Have you taken steps to prevent American mind-control experts from committing similar crimes?

Please respond.

Yours truly,
