Does the Geneva Post Office have a branch in Kastrup, Denmark?

The letter is dated 20 November, 1996, but its postmark is 22 November. Was it signed in Geneva, then sent to Denmark and reunited with the manuscript to be returned to me? Did anyone in Geneva even see the manuscript?
