80s Rock Band

Korn came out dressed as an 80's rock band in their Halloween concert and they played 'Rock you like a Hurricane' the song by The Scorpions and 'We're not gonna take it' the song originally made by Twisted Sister.

KoRn in SPIN MAGAZINE.

KoRn is in a recent SPIN magazine. On the cover, it shows KoRn in monkey costumes. But it is not actually KoRn it was done with a computer. Jonathan says: "They totally fucked us over on that cover - we're all in monkey suits? We didn't take that picture. They fuckin' put our faces on using a computer; they Photoshop'ed that shit and we had no control over it. They're fuckin' dickheads. We hate that fuckin' magazine. So anything in that shit was bullshit."

KoRn Featured on Mack 10 Song

KoRn is featured on Mack 10's new album, "The Recipe" on track 17 entitled "Should I Stay or Should I Go."

KoRn Featured on Ice Cube Song

KoRn is featured the track "FUCK DYIN'" on Ice Cube's War & Peace Vol. 1 (The War Disk) which was released November 17, 1998.

Coolest Rock Stars

In the Kerrang Awards for the 100 Coolest Rock Stars the KoRn members that were awarded were:

-David Silveria was 72nd coolest Rock Star

-Munky was 62nd coolest Rock Star

-Head was the 30th coolest Rock Star

-Jonathan was the 4th coolest Rock Star

Puma Gear

Korn recently started wearing Puma clothing and basically dropping Adidas. In an interview Jonathan said this was because they wanted to change and because with Adidas Jon had to buy the equipment and he had to design models. Jon also commented that he saw any metal band wearing his clothes. Ultimately, they needed a change and Puma was it.

"Expecting"

KoRn waas supposed to play OZZfest U.K. at the Milton Keynes but didn't because Head's wife was expecting. It turns out she was past overdue.

Track 13

On KoRn's new album, Follow the Leader, the first 12 tracks are nothing but silence and the music starts on Track 13. The reason for this is KoRn didn't want the last track to be track #13.

MTV's "Daria"

On MTV's cartoon show, "Daria", there is an episode where a KoRn poster is displayed on Daria's best friend's brother's wall in his room.

MTV's "12 Angry Mothers"

MTV has a show called "12 Angry Mothers" which has a group of mothers who judge different music videos by giving them a "YES" or a "NO". They played KoRn's "A.D.I.D.A.S." video and all the mothers gave it a "NO".

Jonathan getting married

Jonathan and his girlfriend, Rene, have planned to get married on November 14, 1998. They already have 1 son together and his name is Nathan.

Jonathan appeared in the music video, "Give", by the band Cold.

39th Annual Grammy Awards

KoRn was nominated for Best Metal Performance for the song, "Shoots And Ladders", but didn't win. It took place February 28, 1997 in New York, New York.

40th Annual Grammy Awards

KoRn was nominated for Best Metal Performance for the song, "No Place To Hide", but didn't win. It took place February 25, 1998 in New York, New York.

T.J. Martell Foundation Auction

KoRn donated an autographed sequin Adidas track suit to the T.J. Martell Foundation Auction that took place May 1-8, 1997.

KoRn/Fear Factory Fight

Someone posted this to the Fear Factory board.
"After the Primus, Limp Bizkit show, I was hanging out with Limp Bizkit by their tour bus. Dino and a friend of his were there hanging out... and Fieldy and Jon from KoRn were on the Limp Bizkit bus. So a while later Dino and Christian went on the Limp Bizkit bus and the next thing I know Dino and Christian were basically pushed out of the bus and Fieldy comes flying out after them and starts hitting on Dino and Fieldy's bodyguard started hitting on Dino also. Then Christian was pulling him off... and Dino went down got up... went down again then he took off and got on the Powerman bus and hung out til things cooled off. After that Dino and Christian and Fieldy were all talking/yelling and Ross Robinson was trying to keep things calm. I had to leave cuz security was on everyone's case cuz of the fight."

Who Then Now? was the 10th biggest selling music video according to Billboard Magazine.

New York Undercover

On the TV show, "New York Undercover", the original KoRn logo was seen graffitied on a wall in an outside scene in one of the episodes.
