Diana Hanson had six children.Ike 16, Tay 14,Zac 11,Jessie 9,Averie 6, and Mackenzie 3. She was married to Walker Hanson, but she caught him with another women so just recently so they got a divorce. The three oldest Hanson's had tooken the divorce quite well. Figuring, their father had made her miserable, so they were happy to see her get cheered up, and return to her normal self. The three youngest Hanson's, well let's just say they were to young to understand.
During the the divorce Diane met, Mike Valentine. He was recently divorced too. He had three kids, Danny 15, Tara 13, and John 11.They all had brown hair and hazel eyes, basically they looked like three idenical triplets.
Diane and Mike had been dating for three months and things were getting pretty serious. Finally, they decided to let the kids meet each other. Since Diane had lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma most of her life, they decided for the Valentine's to come to Tulsa. Mike lived in Dallas, Texas which was three or four hours away. He decided to stay in a motel for their week visit.
Mike had told his kids that it was the Hanson's. Danny was excited to meet someone his own age, he was sick of his brother and sister pestering him all the time. Tara really liked Hanson the group, and was phsyced liked any other teen would be. John was glad to meet Zac , because he dieing to learn how to play the drums and as hoping that he could teach him.
They drove to Tulsa in their white 97 minivan. The whole time Danny slept and Tara watched in amazement, as John made faces and at the people that passed. They had been up since 7:30 that morning. Tara watched all the sites and restuarants and malls and wondered where all the local hangouts were.
Her father, Mike had to stop and make a phone call and get better directions. Tara and John ran in the store and got snapple's and twinkies. Tara also grabbed the latest issue of what was believed to be the teenage magazine, "TULSA TEEN." She paid the 10 dollars and got in the car. As luck turns out, they had tooken a wrong turn, and had another half hour before they got their.
On the cover of the magazine was Hanson. It said that they just released their new album, Middle of Nowhere. Tara already had that CD though and wondered why it was in Texas quicker than it was here. She just shrugged it off.
They arrived 20 minutes later. The Hanson's had a long gravel like driveway surrounded by pine trees."Man this place is countryish", Tara thought to herself. As the house came into view, Tara got cramps in her stomach. Danny then woke up when the car parked in front of the house and Mike turned off the ignition. The house was a three story house, painted sky blue that also had a double garage attached to it. As Tara climbed out of the car after her brother she thought to herself,"maybe this trip won't be as bad as I thought."
