Linkapalooza Issue 20

Sent out on September 12, 1999, Sunday.

Hey Everyone!

I've been extremely busy this week, so this issue is very short... basically it's all stuff from the summer that I never put in! I hope you enjoy it. It would really help me out if you have a favorite site- send it to me and a short description of what's on the site and I'll put it in the newsletter. My email address is: Beach2gal82@yahoo.com
Thanks! Meg

Chocolate Krusty O's. Cracklin' Cinnamon Chunks. and Sweetened Zesty Bombs. The three of these are made up cereals from the cereal O Meter (Except the Krusty thing is a direct takeoff from the Simpsons) We all know that there are literally millions of crunchy, sweetened, frosted, flakes, bran, sugar coated cereals out there. (Maybe that was an exaggeration- thousands) We know that Jerry Seinfeld had an apartment full of the stuff! Well, now you too can create your own wacky cereal with Bob's Cereal O Meter Game. Stop by and think up your own zesty concoction.

Got a problem? Then ask Andy! He's so positive and helpful in his quest of helping others. I know that I have featured sites like "Ask Mr. T, and Ask Satan" before- but lets face it, they just weren't very helpful. With Andy answering your questions I know you'll feel better about life. So, what are you waiting for?

All those celebrities think they're sooo cool with their trashy day time talk shows, political games and weird hair colors. Well now you can strike back at Jerry Springer, Bill Clinton and Dennis Rodman. Tons more celebrities including Bruce Willis, Howard Stern, Arnold Schwarzenegger and so many more that I can't begin to name them all. At Shocktoons! You get interactive on some wacky cartoons. Check it out, it's fun!

Ummmmm, okay.... I think the title alone will either make you run screaming or visit the site. There is no need for a little description of this site, you're on your own Trek fans.

This page is filled with quotes in all shapes sizes and colors. Read celebrity insults, and critisims. Check out the mom-isms, things that you probably hear every day anyway but... Then there are the redundant redundancies. Why say it twice? Not to mention song lyrics, questions to make you think, famous last words, poems, jokes, one-liners... this site is so chock full of memerable expressions that it would take forever to read it all. So go to this site, sift through and find some of the gems:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How does a 100 dollar credit to a department, sports, music, or book store sound? I think it sounds pretty good. Through this program I have on my website, you can sign up for MYPOINTS. You get points for doing easy stuff like answering surveys, visiting websites, or what I'm doing- telling other people to join. Once you get a certain amount of points you will be able to "spend" your points... pick out a 100 dollar gift certificate to Macy's if you like- it doesn't take long to earn up enough points to do that. All you have to do is go to mypoints.com and sign up using the URL below. If you do this I get free points which means more money for me :) Then, once you are a member if you refer people you'll get points. If you don't like it you can quit right away, but it's really a great program. At least go to the link and check it out:
