The Nazis were ruthless. Prisoners were told they would be able to take a shower. Soap and towels were handed out to prisoners before they entered what they thought was a shower room. Instead of water coming out of the shower head, it was chemicals. The chambers looked exactly like a shower.

Prisoners were often used for medical experiments. Sometimes they would die, and sometimes they would get healthier. The above photo is an experiment on hypothermia.
