This month member Paul Carpenito will provide the entertainment. Paul has a large collection of slides and always puts on a great show. MEMBER NEWS

Your Officers and Directors would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our members a HAPPY and HEALTHY HOLIDAY SEASON, with BEST WISHES for the New Year! Speaking of the New Year, it's that time again to renew your membership by paying your 1995 dues. Members can pay them at any monthly meeting or by mailing it to the above address, prompt payment is appreciated. If you have any questions about your membership, please contact Jim Anderson at 610-252-4046. Special THANKS go out to member Anthony Chando for his recent monetary donations to the organization, thanks Tony.

At last month's meeting, those members attending voted to amend our By-Laws. As all of you know, we have filed for Federal tax-exempt status, the IRS has asked that we amend our organizational document to meet the organizational test of 501(c)(3). This is why we voted to amend the By-Laws. To make a long story short, this is what we had to do: we added Section 2 to Article II; changed Section 3, Article VII; added paragraphs to Section 5, Article VII; added sentences to Section 1, Article IX. I know all of this means nothing to you if you don't have the By-Laws in front of you to read. Some members thought we should send copies to all members, your Directors have decided that that isn't practical. ANY MEMBERS desiring copies can pick them up at this month's meeting or by writing to the above address. By approving the changes, our organization should now meet the organizational test under 501(c)(3), when our application is again considered.

In other news, we are now considering the property behind Sitgreaves Street as a museum site. This is land the town owns and we already occupy. There is a building on the property which is also available for our use. Track could possibly be laid to display our full size equipment and possibly limited miniature railroad operation.
