MEETING

This month's meeting will be held on January 25th, at 7:30 p.m., in the Community Room of Phillipsburg Town Hall. As per usual, we will have entertainment. Last month member Paul Carpenito put on a great show of local interest, thanks Paul! At this time of year I usually list our meeting dates for the year, unfortunately the town Clerk has not gotten back to us regarding the dates so I can't publish them.

MEMBER NEWS

A speedy recovery is hoped for member Anthony Gallagher who, by the time you read this, should be home from St. Lukes Hospital. GET WELL TONY! A reminder, your 1995 dues are due now. If you haven't already paid them, you can do so at this month's meeting, see Jim Anderson. You can also send them in to the above address. SPECIAL THANKS go out to members Walter Appel, Dave Gilbert and Anthony Chando for their recent monetary donations to the organization, THANK YOU very much, your support is appreciated.

Tickets for the Jersey Central Chapter's April 2nd Reading & Northern trip will be available at this month's meeting, see President Terp. Volunteers are needed to man our table at Jersey Central's Mother Seton Train Show on March 26th. We have had a table there for the past few years; this is always a great show, a good mix of both model trains and railroadiana. If any members are interested in a copy of the new book, "Trails Of The Blue Comet", see Pete Terp. This is an expensive book and not readily available even though it is a recent publication.... reason being, only one retailer! I can't get it through our usual sources.

Your Directors have decided to institute a monthly work party, on or about the same Saturday every month. It is hoped to get more members involved. You will know every month the day we have work to do and can plan for it accordingly. More details at this month's meeting, and look for more information in next month's Newsletter.
