This month's meeting will be held as usual at 7:30 P.M. on July 22nd at Phillipsburg Town Hall in the basement. Entertainment to be provided by Paul Carpenito.

Good weather in July has brought progress on track work. Building plans for the Engine House are finished and the proposed site has been staked out. Fencing plans have been revised and submitted with the Engine House plans to the town for bidding. The town budget has been approved which allows cutting a Purchase Order for the retaining wall blocks. The balance of the material needed for the outside lights has been donated. Lights will be installed soon. Electrical work is proceeding on the GE Loco.

Site projects for August will include Retaining Wall, Grading and Track Work, Stabilizing our rolling stock and moving the Trolley Sweeper.
