Ever drive through the city and see all the graffiti all over the buildings? Although it is considered vandilism, I always find it to be Funky as hell. So, what I have done here is put up a wall for everyone out there to get as Funky as they want to and you don't have to worry about the cops showing up, Because here the Shad Hills Band is in charge and we say's go ahead and get FUNKY!!!
