UEFA
Fair Play UEFA sends officials to all UEFA organized competitions. These officials evaluate the games on several criteria like yellow and red cards(10), Positive Play(10), Respecting the opponent(5), Respecting the referee(5), Behaviour of the team officials(5), and Behaviour of the crowd(5). These notes are converted to a grade on 10 point base and all games have a Fair Play value out of ten. The Fair Play values of all the games played by a country is added and then divided into the number of games played. This gives the average Fair Play Point for each country.
