Turkey (U-21) - Denmark (U-21) - Friendly
Turkish U-21 team will play Denmark U-21 team before the first game of the European U-21 Championship. 2000-2002 Championship Qualifiers are played in nine groups. 2002 World Cup Qualifier groups were used as basis for the U-21 teams. 4 of the 51 UEFA member countries (Andorra, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein, and San Marino) are not playing in this stournament. That's why some groups will play with four teams. World Cup 2002 automatic qualifier France is also drawn into one of these groups with four teams to make it five. They will have two training sessions at Şenlikköy Stadium tomorrow. They will leave for İzmit on Wednesday afternoon, after another morning training session.
