	This will be the last European U-16 Championship, since the competition is changing its
	name to European U-17 Championship after this tournament.

	This year tournament is played at two stages.
	The finals will be in England. England qualifies as hosts.
	There will be 16 teams in the finals. All other UEFA countries are playing the
	qualification round in 15 groups. The group finalists qualify to the finals.
