	2000-2001 UCL Qualification Round 3 - Seeding Order

	This round was to be played with 32 teams and 16 teams were to be seeded.
	The draw was made before the QR2 was finalized. 18 new teams were ranked together with
	possible 14 QR2 winners. 4 teams playing QR2 had enough points to make one of the 16 seeds
	if they had won the QR2 ties. SK Slavia Praha of CZE, Rosenborg BK Trondheim of NOR,
	Brøndby IF København of DEN, and Rangers FC Glasgow of SCO. Their seeding were assigned
	as the winner of their QR2 ties. If they had lost those ties, the other team would be seeded.
	Again the teams are seeded according to the 99/00 UEFA five-year team ranking:

	In team rankings, the team points for the last five years are added. Then half of the
	country rankings for the same period is added to get a final team coefficient.
