Happy

Her name is Happy because *she smiles*. How can a horse smile, you ask? Well, just look at her back. Yes, she is seriously that sway-backed.
Happy was a hack horse at Timber Creek Ranch. She had to be in her thirties when we got her. She was perfect for the little kids that wanted to come riding. She was always calm, and never tried to go any faster than a slow walk (would you want to go faster than a walk if you were older than dirt?) I feel so bad that she had to work, she deserved to be retired to lush green fields, so she could lay around all day, relaxing in the sun. I seem to recall a friend mentioning that Happy had been retired. I hope it's true.
