So, you want to win my award? Great! First of all, please don't steal it. It's much more satisfying to know your earned it, and if you apply, most likely you will receive it. Of course, there are a few requirements:
1) The page must have a reason to exist. I don't want to see things such as "I don't know why I made this page, I just felt like it. Shout outs to...". The page does NOT have to be about horses, but show me some good content.
2) Absolutely NO adult material.
3) I understand that the entire website may not be finished. All good websites are always under construction, *bad* links and graphics have a way of showing up, but most of the links and graphics should be working.
