9 egg yokes
1/2 c white sugar
1 oz vanilla
16 oz heavy cream
3 oz irish cream
4 bananas

Blow Torch or brulee torch
1 ) combine heavy cream, vanilla and irish cream. place over med heat to boil
2 ) mix egg yokes with 1/2 c white sugar
3 ) after cream has boiled Slowly temper the egg mixture by adding cream mixture to egg mixture and whisking together
4 ) strain batter throw sive
5 ) pour batter into brulee cups and bake in water bath at 350% for 35 mins
6 ) slice bananas and place around top of cooled brulee and sprinkle Sugar in the raw over top of bananas and carmelize by holding the torch flame about 4 inches away from sugared bananas
