Crab Cakes


  • 8 oz panko...jappanesse bread crumbs
  • 10 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 each red,green,yellow peppers diced
  • 4 oz mayo
  • 4 oz dijon mustard
  • 3 eggs
  • 1Tb Old Bay seasoning
  • tasbasco sauce
  • 3# crab meat
  • 10 oz italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 C panko bread crumbs


  • 1) place 8 oz panko in lg mixing bowl,pour in heavy cream & mix
    2) mix in peppers, mayo,mustard,eggs 3 dashes tasbasco and old bay and mix
    3) place crab ontop of batter and spread italian crumbs over top
    4) GENTLY mix in crab meat and bread crumbs into batter
    5) scoop out crab mixture with small ice cream scooper into panko bread crumbs and roll to coat
    6) Fry in 350% oil for 3 mins.
