4-5 mid sized sweet potatos
1 c warm cream
1/2 #butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 t maple syurp
2 t honey
1 t salt and pepper
Shot of burbon

1) roast sweet potatos in 325% oven for hour to hour and half
2) heat butter and cream on stovetop
3) peel hot sweet potatos add to mixer with paddle blade
4) slowly add other ingredants while whipping the potatos on low speed Checking now and then for taste and sweetness
