I had originally decided to make
this webring for all nurses. After careful
thought though, I felt it would be better
served to include "ALL" those who
have dedicated their lives to the care and
well-being of mankind, whether they be
nurses, nurses aids, respiratory therapists, physical
or occupational therapists, paramedics,
EMT's, etc. Anyone with a genuine
interest,
"DEDICATION" in
healthcare, is welcome and
encouraged to join. There are but a few rules
that all members of My Webring are expected
to adhere to:
Your pages MUST include
some information
about healthcare that can be shared with
others in the Webring. This can be in the
form of an article(s) and/or nursing links,
or your pages can be completely filled with
nursing and/or healthcare information.
Your site cannot have any
foul and/or
offensive language, or pornographic material
on it. If it is not suitable for a child to
view, it does not belong in The
Dedicated-Spirit Webring.
It may contain, but not
be
totally, commercial.
For ease of navigating
through the Webring, the site that you submit
to the Webring must either be the site which
contains the Webring code and graphics, or
you must have a link to your "Webrings" page
in a prominent place on the page submitted. I
also ask that you update your site
information with the Webring whenever there
is a change in your URL --- there is nothing
more frustrating than surfing through a
webring and either coming to a page which
does not exist, or not being able to find the
ring code so you can go on to the next
site!!! I will be checking the Webring sites
periodically for link validity and correct
placement of the HTML code, and will remove
those sites which are not in compliance with
any of the rules/guidelines.
When you submit your site
for membership to The Dedicated-Spirit
Webring, it will be visited by me,
Spinner. After I have visited your site and
approved it, you will be notified by e-mail.
At which time you will receive the HTML code
for the insertion of The Dedicated-Spirit
Webring graphics on your page. You MUST place
this HTML code on your page before your page
will be officially added to the Webring. You
can notify me by e-mail (NurseShark@comcast.net ), once the code is on your page. If you are
having any difficulty placing the code or
graphics on your page, please do not hesitate
to contact me for assistance by
e-mail.
