Chapter 15

"So Kevin, what do you want to do?" Nicole asked as they sat in the tour bus alone.

Kevin smiled seductively. "I think you know."

Nicole raised her eyebrows. "You sure?"

"Of course! That's if you want to. We don't have to but..."

"Okay, I see where this is going. Kevin, I'll only do it if you answer one question first. Will you go out with me?"

Kevin pulled her into a hug. "Yes I will." He nibbled playfully on her ear. "You want to now?"

Nicole gently pushed him down onto the couch. "Oh God yes."

A Few Weeks Later...
"Nick!" I whined as I laid on the couch on the tour bus. "I'm hungry, get me something to eat!"

"Oh come on Amy! You're only a month pregnant, can't you get it yourself?"

"Look, do you have to argue? There's already enough tension with the whole Brian-Kari thing, can't you just please get it for me?"

Nick sighed. "Alright. What do you want?"

I grinned. "A peanut butter sandwich, no crusts."

"No jelly?" Nick asked as he slowly got up.

I shook my head. "I hate jelly."

Nick kissed my cheek. "You're lucky that you're carrying my child right now, otherwise I'd have to kill you."

"I love you too Nicky. Now move it, I'm starving!"

Nick rolled his eyes and walked towards the kitchenette as Kari came stumbling in.

I sighed. "Drunk again Kari? Brian is not gonna want to get back together with a floozy boozy."

She giggled drunkenly. "You're so stupid Amy, I don't need what's his name anymore. I need Mr. Beer and Mr. Vodka and we all live happily ever after!"

"Kari, please listen to me," I pleaded as I tried to get her to sit down on the couch next to me. "Brian misses you so much, he just doesn't think you miss him."

Kari's happy drunken face turned serious. "But I do miss him."

"Then act it instead of getting drunk off your ass every day!"

"But I don't know how Amy. For the past few weeks I've like, tried everything to prove that I forgive him. He just ignores me."

"I'll talk to him. In the meantime, go lay down, you look like hell."

"Gee thanks Amy," Kari mumbled as she stumbled back to our bunk room.

"I got it your majesty." Nick walked into the room with my sandwich. "Here you go."

"Nick honey, this is chunky peanut butter. I wanted smooth."

"Just eat it!" Nick replied through clenched teeth.

I sighed. "All right, make your girlfriend and mother of your unborn child eat second rate peanut butter, I understand." Nick grabbed the plate and headed back towards the kitchenette. "Thanks, you're a doll!"

"Hey Amy," Brian said softly as he came into the living room and sat down next to me.

"God, what happened to you? You look like you haven't slept in days."

"I haven't. I stay up all night and think about Kari."

"So get back together with her! Isn't it blatantly obvious that she wants you back too?"

"She does?" Brian asked.

I groaned. "Yes she does! Good God, do you pay any attention at all to what goes on around you? The girl's been miserable the past few weeks!"

"Really?"

"Yes really! Now go find her already and stop whining!"

"No, I gotta go to sleep first. I wanna look good when I get back with her."

"Please boy, you're gonna need a lot more than sleep to look good," I teased.

Brian rolled his eyes. "You're funny. Bye!"

"Okay, I'm back...again." Nick dragged himself into the living room and handed me the plate.

I inspected the sandwich. "Nick, is this Skippy? I want Jiff."

"No!" Nick groaned. "Just eat the damn sandwich please God?"

I sighed. "Alright. You know, your friends are such dorks."

"What do you mean?"

"Well look at Brian. He's totally oblivious to the fact that someone likes him, but when he finds out, he'd rather take a nap then ask her back out."

Nick laughed. "Duh, what a dumbass."

A Little While Later...
Kari and I were alone in the bunk room talking when there was a knock at the door.

"Go get it Kari," I urged.

Kari sighed. "Why? It's probably just Nick with another sandwich."

"I don't think so. Just answer it!"

"Fine." Kari got up and opened the door. Her mouth literally dropped to the floor when she saw Brian standing there.

"I love you." Brian grabbed Kari and they started kissing.

"Um, you guys? I'm kinda hungry, could you get me some food? Guys? Oh come on, this is sick!" I whined as they continued to kiss passionately. They totally ignored me as they made their way to her bed.

"Nick!" I called. "Get your fine ass in here!"

Nick came running. "What?" He looked over and saw Brian with his shirt off on top of Kari. "Eww."

"Nick, come and carry me out of the room. I'm too lazy to get up and I don't really feel like watching this."

Nick rolled his eyes. "When are you ever gonna do anything for yourself?"

"When my kid is born."

Nick came, picked me up, and carried me into the living room.

"And what were you two up to?" Kevin asked as he and Nicole were watching TV.

"Nothing worse than what you and Miss Heaven were doing before. You know, these walls aren't sound-proof," Nick said with a smile.

Kevin's face got red. "Shut up Blondie."

"You wanna start?"

Kevin stood up. "Bring it punk. But first I suggest you put the pregnant woman down."

Nicole giggled. "You two are so immature."

Nick and Kevin were pretending to fight when we heard a loud bang and laughter.

"What the hell was that?" Kevin asked as he body slammed Nick to the ground.

"Two words for you," I said. "Kari. Brian."

"No details please. Wait, they're back together?"

"From the sounds of it, I'd say so." Nick said, punching Kevin in his stomach.

"Okay, you two can stop now." Nicole got up and gave Kevin a kiss. "Come on Baby, we've got some competition to beat."

Kevin smiled mischievously. "Oh hells yeah!" They ran off into the guys' bunk room, giggling.

"Good God, is everyone gettin laid on this bus?" I asked.

"Nope, Howie never gets laid," Nick answered. "Except for when AJ's extremely bored."

I made a face. "Oh gross. Come on, let's go shopping."

"Shopping? Oh, I hate shopping," Nick whined.

"Which would you rather do, shop or listen to your friends?" Just then we heard another bang and more laughter.

Nick pulled me up from the couch. "That's it, we're outta here."

"I knew you'd see it my way."
