*The drigetti live in the desert, so I'll give you a 
            ride there.  It's quite a distance.*  
            You mount, and Swiftwing takes off.  You travel a
            good way, and you see the vast expanse of desert. 
            In the middle you see a small speck of blue, which
            grows larger as you spiral downward.  
            *We have six drigetti here, four adults and two  
            babies.  All but the yellow-maned adult, and the two
            babies are genetic-less drigetti, which means that
            they have no  gene code.  Moonshadows and Cloud take
            care of the babies.  They enjoy it since, because
            they don't have genes, they can't have children of 
            their own.*  

            A small yellow-maned drigus approaches, holding his
            head regally.  He comes up to you, and looks you 
            over. 
            ^Welcome traveler, to the oasis.  I am Sunflash, and
            I am the guardian of this place, and the leader of
            the drigetti here.  Since I am the only drigus who
            has genes, I, of course, take charge.  My mother is
            the beautiful Tabitha, who still lives on our native
            land of Allonia, and my father is the mighty
            Kyrienev, leader of all the drigetti of Allonia.^ 
            *And Sunflash is the most modest of the drigetti.*
            Celest adds dryly.  "He likes lording it over the 
            other drigetti, even though he's the youngest.  I
            guess that's his father's influence.  Kyrienev is a
            dominating type drigus, and personalities are 
            inherited.  On top of that, his mother also likes to
            take charge.  But I don't mind.  He's great to talk
            to once you get to know him, the arrogance is pretty
            much just a show to make a good first impression.

            which is artfully yellowed to give it an antique
            look.

            *Let me explain the gene code.  His body is   
            dragonish, which is a recessive trait.  His tail is
            also draconic, which is a super-dominant trait.  His 
            ears and head are tigerish, which is super-dominant
            for ears and recessive for heads.  His feet are also
            draconic, which is super-dominant.  He has
            backspines and orange fur, which are both dominant,
            and he has whiskers, which is recessive.  He doesn't
            have a mutation.  Now that I've explained that, 
            would you like to meet the other members of my    
            little herd?*         
            You agree eagerly, and the blue-maned drigus you saw 
            before comes trotting back.

            She tends to be very serious, though.  Isn't she
