Our second trip to Old Dominion, but the first time we got to race. We had a rainout on our first trip.
Kevin Yeatts and Bryan Gardella walk the track. This is the back straight.
Is this Gardella going under Yeatts or Kevin going around Bryan on the outside?
A view from the pits. Some of the 30 plus Legends that showed up for todays racing.
Bryan, the 3rd car in the picture, just coming out of turn 2.

Bryan on the high side as the cars exit turn 2.

The pictures of our trip to Old Dominion Speedway.

Actualy this is our second trip to Old Dominion, the first visit was a rain out.

Notice how close you are to the racing surface. Talk about up front and personal. So close Bryan noticed a left rear tire going down on one of the cars, a few laps later the driver pitted to change the tire. We also noticed many of the drivers in the compact class didn't wear driving gloves. I guess this is true "low budget" racing.

Old Dominion is a great race track, nice people, and the track really knows how to run the show. We will definately be back soon!

Bryan and the #99 prepare to enter turn 3.
Bryan going through turn 3.
Beginning of turn 3.
Kevin closing in on Bryan as they run down the back straight.
Kevin Yeatts as he is about to 'over haul' the #24 Legend.
I think I should have gotten more of the billboards on this one. Might have been a better picture.
One of the other classes that run here at Old Dominion Speedway. And by the way, I think this car was For Sale!
Another shot of the 'other guys' in traffic on the back straight.
Our pit on the lawn at the entry to turn 3. Two of Kevins crew are to the right. And yes, that is the guard rail that he is leaning againist. That is how close we are to the track.
Another shot of Gardella and Yeatts pit area.
A special THANK YOU to Yeatts Racing for all their help.
