Legands of the Fountain

Death could not hold me
I broke his chains and danced
unfettered in the night.

Unravished by time nor age
I thought myself free,bound
only to the earth.

But you have conquered my soul
and tied my fierce, wild heart
with your gentle hands.

The waters of life are red, my love,
and they flow where Passions are dark.
I drink from the fountains of Lust
that are fed by the laboring heart.
