"I will come to you, oh, I will come to you" Tay lipped along to the song I Will Come To You at the Beacon Theater in the City. They were lipping the song only because they were making a live video for it, and they had to lip all the songs for videos, just so they would be perfect. This was the 6th time filming the song, and the girls were still as loud as ever. Before they had started the video for the song, they had taped stuff for a home video thing they were coming out with called "Tulsa, Tokyo, and the Middle of Nowhere." There were only about 2 or 3 thousand girls in the small theater, but they were still extremely loud. At this point, Taylor's ears were throbbing. His earplugs didn't help much. He was also really sad. Soon he would be leaving New York, in a few hours, actually, and for who knows how long, he wouldn't see Casey again. He wished that they could be back to the old times in Tulsa again, where every day they would play hockey in front of his house, or Casey would come over and they would watch TV together. Sure, it sounded corny, but those were the things he really missed the most about her not being there.
"Tay, how long are you going to be in England for?" Casey asked in the limo on the way to the airport.
"I don't know, Casey. We're doing another CD and stuff. It depends. But I'll still call you and stuff."
"But Tay, I want you to stay here longer so we can hang out. I was so happy when I found out you were coming here even though I saw you the month before. It's not fair. I wish I could stay in Tulsa and you could stay in Tulsa and everything would be fine." Casey yelled. Even though the rest of the Hansons were hearing this conversation, they knew better than to interrupt. Whenever Casey got into a mood like this, she got even madder when anyone besides Tay talked to her.
"Casey, I wish we both could be in Tulsa to, but I have to travel around to keep making music! And it's not like I'm never going to see you again!"
"But I hate it when you're gone! I have no one to talk to and I miss you so much when you're not here!" At that, Casey totally broke down and started sobbing.
"Casey," Taylor pleaded, "Please don't do this to me..." He moved closer to Casey and put his arms around her to comfort her. (Author's note:OK, you guys, this is just because Casey is real sad that Tay does this. They're not gonna end up going out or anything. Remember, they're best friends). The whole time to the airport, the two of them stayed like that, with Casey hysterically sobbing the whole hour.
"Casey, I have to board the plane soon." Tay told her at the airport. She had finally stopped crying a half hour ago, but still looked on the verge of tears.
"Tay, don't leave!" she cried, running over to him and buring her face in his shirt.
"Casey, but I have to."
"I know." Casey told him, "But i wish, for once, it could be like it used to."
"Casey, one day it will. I promise." Tay choked back the tears that were about to fall. He knew if he started to cry, Casey would cry, and that would just be depressing.
"Tay, but it's so not fair. I would be different if I was still in Tulsa." Casey sobbed once again.
"Casey, maybe it woulsd, I don't know, but what happened happened, and we can't change it. And Casey, I promise I'll see you again soon, OK?" Taylor was starting to cry now, although nowhere near as hard as Casey.
Diana watched this, close to tears herself. She knew how close the two of them were, and how it tore the both of them apart whenever they had to say goodbye to each other. She hoped with all her heart that the two of them would see each other again soon.
Too soon, Taylor's flight was called. They waited until the voice over the speakers announced that this was the last boarding, and they walked over to the flight gate together.
"Casey, I really have to go." Taylor told her sadly.
"But Tay..." Casey pleaded, her eyes wet with tears.
"Casey, I have to," he told her, pulling away, and walking down towards the plane.
"Bye Tay." she mumbled.
"Bye Casey, I promise I'll see you soon." Tay told her.
Casey stood there by the flight gate, watching the plane go down the runway, and sobbing the whole time.
