1 egg
2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 cup jelly
1. Make sure the oven rack is in the middle of oven. Preheat to 400 degrees.
2. Place cupcake liners in muffin pans. You'll need 12
3. Put the egg, Bisquick, sugar, milk, and oil into a large bowl
4. Using a wooden spoon, stir until moistened. It is OK if there are some lumps. It doesn't have to be smooth.
5. Using a tablespoon, fill the muffin cups only 1/2 full.
6. Place 1 teaspoon of jelly on of the batter in each muffin cup.
7. Now cover the jelly with more of the muffin batter. All the muffins should bne the same size, so divide the batter evenly. Use uo all the batter!
8. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven 15-20 minutes. Tio should spring back when gently poked with your finger and they should be golden brown in color.
9. Remove muffins from pan and cool on wire rack. Serve warm.
1. Cut the center out of each slice of bread using a cookie cutter.
2. Melt the margarine in a skillet over medium high heat.
3. Brown on one side of each slice of bread. When the bread is brown, turn each slice over.
4. Break each egg into seperate custard cups or onto a saucer.
5. Carefully slip the egg into the hole in the bread.
6. Cook until white is set,
7. If you want to you can turn the bread and egg over to brown both sides.

1 Pint Vanilla Ice Milk (2 cups

1. Wash strawberries in cold water and remove leaves.
2. Put the ice milk, milk, and fruit in the blender.

2. Open can of biscuits. Seperate dough into 10 pieces.
3. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with shortening to keep the pizzas from sticking.
5. Place biscuits on cookie sheet 6. Gently flatten each one with the palm of your hand. 7. Grate the mozzerella cheese. Spirinkle it on top of the pizza sauce. 9. Put the mini pizzas into the preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
