This is the Tybee Light Station on Tybee Island in Georgia.
There is a whole lot of history involved with the lighthouse
and, the island itself. The Historical Society there has
done a wonderful job of taking care of the buildings and grounds.
If you'd like to find out more about it, just do a "search". LOL.

The bottom picture is looking up into the light itself.
I just thought it was cool. And, yes, we had to climb it to get that!!!!
