Hey! This is a new poetry page that I've recently added. It features poetry from submissions by you. Not all poetry that is submitted will be posted here, but if you would like to submit a poem or two or three =o)...just e-mail me by clicking the e-mail button at the bottom of this page. Please give your name, title of poem, when it was written, and the poem of course. If I feel that the poem was pretty good, then I'll be more than glad to put it on this page for you. I would like to dedicate this poem to my Best Friend Betty Jeske. Thank you for always being there.

We've been friends since I don't know when.

Though I can't recall exactly how we met, my friend.

But from our first meeting I knew then.

That the friendship that I would have with you would never end.

We have stood by each other though the good and bad times.

So don't forget, I am here with a shoulder to lean on when things go wrong.

I will be here for you at any point in time.

For we have been friends for way to long.

Thank you, too for caring about me.

Even if it has been hard for me to see.

Thank you for everything, my dear friend.

And I hope that our friendship will never end.

I never knew what it was like to have someone near.

And now I hold our friendship very dear.

I don't know what I would do without you here.

Though I can't overcome this fear.

I don't ever want you to go.

I am very fortunate to have you as a friend.

So I just want you to know.

That we will be Friends Until The End.

I would also like to dedicate this poem to my Best Friend Betty Jeske.

Deep down I knew their friendship wasn't true.

That is why I thank God for you.

You came into my life bringing something new.

A happiness I never thought I could attain.

You knew just how to make me smile when I was blue

Because of you friendship, happiness is my gain.

Though I don't know how you seem to know.

But you are there for me when my spirits are low.

The fact that you care does show.

As far as I am concerneed you are the best as friends go.

I thank God for allowing our friendship to be.

Though we have our problems, those we can mend.

And sometimes we may not agree.

Just remember that I will always be your Best Friend.

I would like to dedicate this poem to Kenny. I miss you so much! I can't wait until March 11th.

When we meet I was alone and scared

As I told you these feelings you did not care.

For in your mind you had a plan

You were determined once again to make me a fan.

As these fears still exsisted

With your hope and determination they became twisted.

When I began to feel love at my heart knocking

I thought this feeling I am blocking.

With my emotions are blurred

You still were undeterred.

With your plan so head strong

Made me realize I was wrong.

I know now that love can not be blocked

For a heart is never meant to be locked.

If not for you still I would cry

Thinking love is meant only to die.

Thank you for your plan

And your determination to understand

If not for you I would not see

I have all this love for you inside me.
