'You have a lot of explaining here Sean!' I yelled at him 'What the hell were you doing with that girl in your bathroom!'
'Some bumping and girding obviously!' J spat 'But how could you?!'
'I wasn't thinking' Sean told us ashamed.
'Were you thinking when you let her pack!' I yelled 'Where you think when you let her leave? Are you thinking right now?!'
'Geeze Liz, piss off!' He snapped 'I'm just as worried as you are!'
'I don't think you are!' I yelled 'Cause if you are maybe you would actually be out there looking for her!'
'Alright!' J pushed me away from Sean 'Calm down, where could she have gone'
'How can we know!' I exclaimed frustrated 'I don't live in this bloody city, she doesn't know anything about it either, our odds of finding her are 1 in a thousand!!'
'Well that gives us hope' J murmured 'Okay, how about we get a hold of Ritchie and Amanda...they can look around for her. Liz is your mobile turned on, just incase she calls'
'Uhh' I glanced at my phone and nodded.
'Okay, lets check the airport, she may be trying to catch a last minute flight' J rushed us in to the car 'Sean, call Ritchie, make sure he's on the look out!'
'Alright' Sean nodded obligingly.
'Okay, Becky we're coming back for you!!' J hooted.
'I'm Danny by the way' The lad introduced himself.
'I'm Autumn' He shook my hand glanced at me from the corner of his eye 'Autumn, eh? Where you born in Autumn?'
I giggled slightly 'No, my mother thought I resembled the season of fall. Danny turned to me and looked closely 'You right, the reddish hair...like the falling leaves...the white skin like the brisk air...the brown eyes like the chestnut trees'
'Well' I laughed 'No one ever put it like that'
'I'm a writer' He told me 'I try to make everything beautiful...so what happened to you in that restaurant?'
'What do you mean?' I pretended to be clueless.
'Well, I saw the tears...I saw the pain...I saw the distress and loss, the only thing I didn't see was the person who did it to you'
'Its nothing' I replied quietly.
'Hiding it won't help'
'Telling it to you won't make it better either' I laughed it off.
'Atleast you got some humor' He chuckled 'I like that in a girl' I saw him glance at me again with that curiosity in his eye.
'Oh shit!' I yelled 'That's Becky! Pull over!'
'Whose Becky?' Danny asked, but I ignored his question, pulling the window down and sticking my head out.
'Becky! Becky!' I exclaimed waving my arms in the air. Becky stopped walking and looked around trying to figure out where the voice was coming from. She finally noticed me in the car and ran over.
'Autumn' she exasperated 'What are you doing' she caught a glance of Danny and looked at me confused.
'What are you doing here?' I asked ignoring her look 'With all your luggage'
'It's a long story' She sighed in reply.
'You want a ride to your hotel?' Danny asked as he leaned in towards her 'I assume you live in the same hotel' I turned back to Becky for her answer.
She shrugged carelessly 'Alright'
'Okay, hop in' Danny opened the door for her. 'I got my luck rolling now' he laughed 'I should visit England more often'
I pulled away from Scott and sat shocked at what just happened. I stood up from the bed and slowly walked over to the window where I leaned against it still out of words.
'Melanie?' Scott walked over to me with concern in his eyes 'Are you okay?'
I looked up at him, feeling confusion and joy at the same time.
'Scott' I whispered 'II...I mean, wow'
Scott smiled sheepishly 'I knowI waited for that kiss for ages'
'Scott need time to think about this' I told him 'I cannot just go back to the way things were'
'Well' Scott looked hurt 'I understand but how long will that take you?'
'Scott' I said sternly 'This is not something I can just answer off the top of my head!'
'Right' He nodded.
'Look' I lowered my head 'All this time I've been trying to come to terms with these feelings for you and now you tell me thatyou love me, well I just got so lost right now. I'm really confused'
'I understand' Scott said softly, taking my hand into his 'I'll give you time, I'll be in my room just in case' He leaned in closer and kissed me softly.
'Ok' I replied as he pulled away.
'Good night' Scott whispered and left the room. I looked back at the door and sighed.
Where was Abs anyway? I stood up from the window and walked out onto the hallway, taking a look around. I noticed someone curled up at the end of the hallway, in the corner. I took few steps forward, realizing quickly that its Abs, I mean I could notice those baggy jeans anywhere.
'Abs?'
His head rose, looking at me.
'What are you doing here?' I asked, kneeling beside him.
'Huh' He rubbed his forehead, trying to snap out of his thoughts 'Well, I saw you were busy with Scott so' his voice quieted down as he looked at me.
'Oh' My eyes left his face shyly 'I'm sorry'
'So what exactly happened?' He asked 'If you don't mind me knowing'
'I don't want to talk about it' I replied quietly, standing up 'You have my clothing?'
'Uh, yea' He handed me a bundle of shirts and pants, scrunched up together.
'Thanks' I mumbled and walked back into the room.
