I walked into the bathroom where Amanda ran in. A quiet sobbing came from one of the stalls. I slowly walked over to the door and kneeled down, also making a mental note to wash my hands afterwards.
'Amanda?'
'What?!' She exclaimed angrily 'Leave me alone'
'Amanda' I pleaded 'Who are you mad at? The arrogant girls or me?'
'Myself!' She yelled 'I should have never came here!'
'Amanda, think about what you're saying' I told her. Suddenly the door swung open, she jumped off the stall, her eyes red from crying.
'I want to go home' She sobbed, putting her head in my arms 'I miss England, I miss Eastenders, I miss my tea time, I miss the store!!'
'Amanda, only 3 more days here you can survive' I comforted her 'You have to show that we are stronger than Americans! Stick this one through!'
She looked up at me and nodded weakly. Suddenly the door of the bathroom shot open, Melanie stormed in looking around frantically.
'Where is Marissa?' She demanded.
'I don't know' I replied hesitantly, confused to the max 'What happened?' Melanie didn't reply, instead she stormed out just as quick as she came in.
I searched everywhere for Marissa. She was nowhere to be found. A thousand things where going through my mind. What did Autumn mean? What she could possibly know that was so good?
'Marissa' I yelled as soon as I caught a glance of her, she stopped in her tracks and turned to me with a big smile.
'What's up Mel?'
'I need to talk to you' I told her, pulling her to the side 'What did you tell Autumn?'
'Oh' She hesitated for a moment then sighed loudly 'I told her about me and Scott.'
So it was true, she did sleep with Scott. I never believe what my friends told me back then, I always wanted to believe Scott, when he didn't confess anything I assumed nothing happened. How wrong was I? He lied to my face, he assured me all these things, I was so naïve.
'I hope I didn't cause any troubles' Marissa apologized 'I never meant to come between 2 friends'
'Its too late for that' I sighed before walking away from her. Now Autumn has something to be proud of...she won the battle.
'That's all for today!' The director announced 'Tomorrow we'll continue, thank you all for your cooperation!'
I sighed and dragged myself to the dressing room to change back into my clothes. Autumn was already there, ready to leave.
'Wasn't that fun?' She raved. I stuck my thumb out for reply and went into the bathroom to change. When I came out Melanie was already there, changing into her own clothes.
'Where were you?' I asked 'I didn't see you after our shots'
'I went outside' She replied quietly without looking at me.
'What happened?' I asked concerned. Mel shrugged without reply. I looked at her momentarily before turning away.
Liz burst into the room few moments later 'The van is outside!' She exclaimed 'Hurry up!'
I nodded and gathered my stuff, before leaving though I turned to Mel one more time.
'What are you doing tonight?' I asked.
'Forgiving and forgetting' She mumbled and walked out.
'You sound like Mother Love!' I yelled after amused.
