'Get off of him!' I yelled, pulling the girl off J.
'Woah' J stepped back as soon as he saw me, he took his arm's off the girl's waist and held them in the air for surrender.
I shot her a cold glare, she shrugged at me and walked away with a sly grin.
'Liz I'm-' J began but I shoved my hand into his face to silence him.
'Don't!' I hissed 'I'm tired and ready to go home, so go get our car!'
'But Liz' He pleaded 'I really didn't mean to kiss her!'
'I don't care' I yelled, pushing him towards the door 'Go! I'll go find Becky'
He looked at me for any signs of forgiveness before leaving the club. I watched him go through the parking lot, stumbling sometimes. He was in no condition to drive.
I shook my head at him then turned back to the crowds, where could Becky and Sean be? I searched the dance floor then the bar. I went into the girl's bathroom but no signs of her there too. I paused at the guy's bathroom.
'She can't be in there' I thought.
'Liz!' I heard Sean call out. I quickly turned away from the door and noticed Sean standing in the corner, look frantically around.
'What's wrong?' I asked, rushing over to him 'Where is Becky?'
'She passed out!' He cried out 'I can't wake her up!'
'Where is she?' I pushed him up against the wall, shaking him a bit 'Where is she?!'
'In there' He pointed at the door, his hand trembling. I ran into the small dark room. Becky's body was lying limply on the floor. Her face pale and sweaty, her eyes half open. Sean kneeled beside me.
'I don't know what happened...'
'She must have got alcohol poisoning' I said quietly, I shook her vigorously. She wouldn't wake up.
'Go call the ambulance and find J, he's in the parking lot' Sean nodded obligingly, I heard him ran out the room. I took Becky's head into my arms and held it tight.
'Wake up Bec' I pleaded 'Please wake up!'
I sat up in my bed and groaned. This was so boring. Everyone is out partying while I'm sitting here mourning my bum off. I rose from the bed and walked over to the mirror. Of course, I had red circles from crying. It seemed so long ago that Scott told me he loved Mel...yea he did tell me that. I scratched my head in confusion, if he told me he loved Mel, why is he kissing Amanda? I looked back at the door and pondered. After few moments, I began walking out the room. Quietly I shut the door behind me when suddenly something stopped me. I saw Scott rose to his feet from the floor. Was he sitting by my door?
'What are you doing here?' I asked coldly yet I wanted to hug him so desperately.
'Nothing' He shrugged, I watched him as his head lowered, his chest going up and down slowly as he took small gasps of air.
'You're falling for Amanda, aren't you?' I asked him bluntly. His head rose with his eyes wide open. He looked at me blankly and sighed.
'I shouldn't be' He whispered 'I should have never kissed her'
My heart sank, there was no hope for me. I loved him endlessly but he never did love me back. It was all just a lie, a girl like Amanda can just come along and steal his heart, but then again a girl like Mel will always have his heart.
'Autumn' He came closer with a pleading look 'Please, I beg of you. Don't tell anyone what you saw. Let me work it out. Please, I know you hate me, but I know that deep down you're a sweet caring person, that's what attracted me to you in the first place'
I looked down at his hands, embracing mine. They were cold to the touch and slightly squeezing mine. I looked back at him with no expression. Before I could say anything his phone went off.
He sighed in frustration and went for it in his pocket.
'Hello?' He answered it with aggravation 'Yes I'm okay J. What's wrong…What? Are you serious…? Well I didn't see her or him but I'll check. Okay, Roseville hospital got it. See you there'
'What happened?' I asked worried. He stuffed the phone in his pocket and looked at me as if not wanting to tell me.
'Becky is in the hospital' He said finally 'I'll go get Abs, you go get my car'
I hesitated for second, my mind wanted so badly to ask 'What about Amanda?' but I shook it off and ran to the lobby.
I was drifting off to sleep when I heard a knock on the door. Abs got off the bed and went towards it. I kept my eyes shut and ignored it when suddenly a familiar voice filled my ears.
'Becky is in the hospital' I heard. My head shot up in the air. I stared out into space blankly then jerked my head to the side. Scott was standing in the doorway, looking slightly at me while nodding at Abs. His calm expression surprised me, he had that look on his face as if he was analyzing me. Giving me a test if I was worth him.
'What happened?' I asked, jumping off the bed.
'J called me' Scott explained 'He just told me that they're at the Roseville hospital, he didn't give me details. I'll go get my car, you are coming right?' I looked at Abs who nodded quickly. He went for his coat in the closet while I remained in the doorway. Scott watched Abs before turning to me, I smiled at him, maybe he would catch my drift. I wanted so badly to scream out 'I love you' but there was something about him that was different that moment. I couldn't exactly put my finger on it but he had that weird glow of happiness on him that mixed in with stress and confusion.
'What happened to your nose?' He asked, smiling slightly. I forgot about my nose, I touched it slightly with my fingers and shrugged.
'Long story' I mumbled, he wouldn't want to hear Marissa's confession.
'Let's go' Abs said, pushing us both out of the doorway and into the elevator.
Scott, Autumn, Abs and Mel ran into the lobby. Melanie rushed over to me with a desperate look. 'What happened?'
'She drank too much' I explained 'Alcohol poisoning'
'Is she going to be okay?' Autumn asked.
'We don't know' I replied, shrugging slightly 'They're trying to pump her stomach right now'
Melanie took my hand and led me away from the group 'What exactly happened?'
'You know Becky, she doesn't know where to draw the line' I sighed heavily 'Sean found her, he's out of it now'
Mel glanced at the corner where Sean was cupped up, his eyes closed as if praying. I looked away from him and turned in direction to where Abs stood. He was talking to Ritch about something that made Ritch frown a lot.
'You and Abs are close...' I said, turning back to Mel 'Has he kissed you yet?'
Melanie's eyes opened wide, she looked at me uneasy and finally strained a smile.
'No' She giggled slightly 'He hasn't'
