In Pokémon Yellow, Pikachu follows you around and you can check on it's mood. At the begining it dislikes you but once you get through the Viridian Forest it starts to get to like you. The more leval it gains the more it likes you. Also Pokémon evolve, learn new moves and learn old moves at diffrent levals, also the Pokédex info is diffrent and so are the Pokémon pics.
