Katelyn walked upstairs to Stephanie's room and Brian followed.
"I don't care what you do but I'm mad at AJ." Brian sighed. "You may not think so but I think what he did was like the meanest somebody could do. Hello, she is like in the hospital. He could at least waited until she was home. "I know but at least she found out by him telling her and didn't catch or walk in on them." "True." "Wait. How could he be seeing both, Amanda and Stephanie, when AJ and Stephanie weren't even together until after we went to Canada and we came back the same day as you guys." Katelyn didn't say anything. "And since we've been back he has either been at the hospital or out with me, you, or one of the guys." "You've got a point so I think Amanda made this up." "Yeah." "Let me go downstairs and get all of Stephanie's mail and then we can go." "Ok."
Katelyn went downstairs and into the dining room. She went through the mountain of mail that was on the table and got everything that had Stephanie's name on it.
'Wow! She's got a lot of mail.' she thought.
She put all the mail in one pile and put a rubberband around it. She picked it up and walked over to the door. She was about to open the door when somebody else opened it.
"AJ! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with Amanda?" Katelyn asked. "For the last time. I'm not seeing Amanda. I never was. I hate Amanda. I always have." "Oh." "I love Stephanie but she won't talk to me." "Did you try to talk to her?" "Yeah. When this all first started and then just now. That's where I came from." "Oh. That's where I'm going now so let me talk to her and I'll let you know." "Ok. Thanks."
Katelyn nodded her head and Brian came down the stairs.
"AJ! What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with Amanda?" Brian said.
Katelyn started laughing.
"Do you two have the same brain or something?" "Why?" "Because that is the same exact thing Katelyn said to me." "Oh." "So I'm going to say the same thing I said to her." "Ok." "I'm not seeing Amanda. I never was. I hate Amanda. I always have. I love Stephanie but she won't talk to me, so Katelyn is going to talk to her." "Ok. Then maybe we should go."
Katelyn and Brian left and AJ went in the living room and watched TV.
