~~~~~~~The next morning~~~~~~~
Stephanie woke up around 10:30. She got up quietly so that she wouldn't wake AJ or Howie up. She went in her suitcase to find something to wear. She picked out short jean shorts and a black tank top. She went in the bathroom and took a shower. Then she got dressed, brushed her teeth, and did her hair. After she finished, she went back out into the room. AJ and Howie weren't up yet so she decided to go get Katelyn up. She walked down the hall to Brian's room and knocked on the door. Katelyn answered the door. "Good your up." Stephanie said. "I've been up for awhile." "I need coffee. Will you come?" "Yes. Let's go."
Katelyn went back in and got her shoes on. When they were walking down the hall, Nick came out of his room.
"Where are you going?" Stephanie asked. "I need coffee." "That's where we are going. Why don't you come?" "Don't mind if I do."
Stephanie took his hand and led him and Katelyn outside to the limo.
"Where to?" the driver asked. "Anywhere that we can get coffee." Nick said. "Ok."
They drove for about 20 minutes and then pulled up outside of Starbucks.(r) Katelyn, Stephanie, and Nick got out and started going in when Nick stopped.
"What's the matter?" Stephanie asked. "Could you do me a favor?" "Sure. I guess." "Could you pretend to be my girlfriend?" "Nick, I don't think that's a good idea." "Please." "Ok."
Nick took her hand in his and they walked in the store together with Katelyn following. While they were waiting in line, a tall blonde girl came over to them.
"Hey, Nick." "Hey, Sam." "How have you been?" "Fine."
Sam looked at Stephanie and Nick's hands together and then said, "Well, I better go back to my table before my coffee gets cold." "Bye."
She walked away after giving Stephanie a dirty look.
"Who was that?" Stephanie asked Nick. "One of my old girlfriends." "Why did I have to pretend that I'm your girlfriend?" "Because she won't leave me alone." "Oh."
They ordered what they wanted. Then they got a table to sit down while they drank their coffee. Sam started coming over to their table and Nick said, "Kiss me."
"What?" Stephanie asked, shocked. "Kiss me." "Why?" "Just do it."
Stephanie leaned over and kissed Nick and Sam walked right past them and out of the store.
"Thank you." Nick said. "No problem, but you owe me big." "I know."
They finished drinking their coffee and left the store. On their way back to the hotel, Stephanie said, "Neither of you are to say anything to anybody especially AJ."
They both shook their heads. They rode back to the hotel in silence. They got out of the limo and walked upstairs and they all went into their different rooms.
