Everybody was in Brian's hotel room. They were watching a movie that they ordered. AJ and Stephanie were sitting on separate sides of the room. AJ was sitting on the bed next to Amanda and Stephanie was sitting on the floor next to Nick.
"Why aren't you sitting by AJ?" Nick asked. "I don't know." "Are you guys fighting?" "No. Why do you ask?" "Cause usually you guys are never apart. It's like your joined at the hip. But for the past week, you guys have rarely talked or seen each other." "Can we go into your room? I need to talk to you." "Sure. Come on."
They both got up and walked across the hall. They went in Nick's room and sat down on the bed.
"I'm going to make this easy." "Ok." "Do you like me?" "Yeah." "There's your answer." "What?" "You asked me why I wasn't sitting next to AJ and there's your answer." "Your avoiding each other for me?" "Till you get used to this." "You guys don't have to. Don't worry about it. I'll be fine." "Are you sure?" "Yeah." "Thank you." Stephanie said as she gave Nick a hug.
They went back across the hall and Stephanie sat down on the bed next to AJ.
"What are you doing?" AJ asked. "I talked to Nick."
AJ smiled and then they got wrapped up in each other's arms. After awhile, they had fallen asleep not letting go of each other.
