Chapter 9

~~~~~~~Tuesday~~~~~~~
Katelyn and Stephanie were still in a fight.
Stephanie and Brian were laying on Brian's bed watching TV. After awhile, they fell asleep and Katelyn walked past. She glanced in but kept walking. Then she stopped dead in her tracks. She backed up and went in the room and stood by the doorway.
"So since your not cheating. What do you call this?" Katelyn screamed.
Brian and Stephanie sprang up in the bed.
"Hell-o." Brian said.
AJ came running down the hall.
"It's not what it looks like. We were watching TV and we fell asleep. The door was wide open." Stephanie said. "Yeah. We are only friends." Brian said. "Stephanie, Why do you always steal everybody's boyfriend?" "Sweetie, why don't you come down to our room and we'll go to bed?" AJ said hoping that Stephanie wouldn't yell back at Katelyn.
But she did.
"Fine, Kate. If that's what you think I did. But excuse me. I'm tired." Stephanie said before walking out.
Stephanie went to her room and the phone rang.
"Hello?" "Steph?" "Yeah?" "Hey. It's Nick." "Hey. Wassup?" "Nothin. Me, Kevin, Howie, and Katrina want to take you and Katie out to dinner tomorrow night before you guys leave. Will you go? Oh and Bri, AJ, Katelyn, and Amanda are invited also." "You are so sweet." "Yeah. I know. Can I take that as a yes?" "Um. Hold on a sec." "Ok."
Stephanie put the phone down and walked down the hall to Brian's room. Brian and AJ looked up when Stephanie walked in the room.
"Nick is on the phone and him, Kevin, Howie, and Katrina want to take me and Katie out to dinner tomorrow night before we leave and you guys are invited too so will you go?" Stephanie said. "Honey, breath." AJ said. "Funny. Are you guys going to go?" "Sure." "Bri?"
He gave her a confused look.
"I'm going to take that as a yes." Stephanie said.
Then she walked back to her room and picked up the phone.
"Hello?" "Yeah?" "Sure. We'll go." "Ok. Around 7 and dress fancy." "Ok. See ya tomorrow." "Ok. Bye." "Bye."
Stephanie hung up the phone. Then she got in bed, turned out the light, and went to sleep.
