"I'm so tired." Stephanie said. "Then why don't you lay back and I'll let you know when we get there." AJ said. "Your so sweet." "I know. That's why you love me." Yup."
AJ looked over at her and smiled and then Stephanie put the seat back and fell asleep.
~~~~~~~At AJ's Mom's House~~~~~~~
AJ looked over at Stephanie who was still sleeping. He didn't want to wake her up but he had to. He leaned over and kissed her and she woke up.
"We're here." AJ said.
Stephanie sat up and then they both got out of the car. AJ met up with her and took her hand in his and they continued walking to the door.
When they got there, AJ rang the doorbell. A couple minutes later, his mom came to the door.
"Hey, mom. You wanted to see me?!" AJ said. "Yes. I wanted you to meet somebody. Come in."
AJ and Stephanie went in and AJ's mom looked at Stephanie and said, "Hun, You look really tired." "I am." Stephanie said. "She's baby-sitting twins for awhile." AJ said. "Where are they now?" Denise asked. "Brian and Nick."
Denise let out a little laugh.
"She needed a break so I brought her with me. I hope you don't mind." AJ said.
"AJ, She's my new daughter-in-law. I don't mind at all." Denise said while hugging Stephanie. "Well, there's somebody I want you to meet."
AJ and Stephanie followed Denise into the living room where a guy and a girl were sitting.
Stephanie looked at AJ, who was looking back and forth between the guy, the girl, and his mom.
"Who's this?" AJ asked. "This is Dave and his daughter, Christina. Christina is a year or two younger than Stephanie. Dave, Christina, this is my son AJ and my daughter-in-law, Stephanie." Denise said. "It's nice to meet you both." Dave said. "Yeah.. It's nice to meet you, AJ. And you too, I guess." Christina said while smiling at AJ and then giving Stephanie a dirty look.
AJ saw this and he looked at Stephanie and saw that she now looked very uncomfortable. He tightened his arm around her waist and then she relaxed a little.
"Did your mom say that, 'that girl' is her daughter-in-law?" Christina asked. "Yeah and her name is Stephanie not 'that girl.'" AJ said. "So that makes you guys married." "You catch on fast." "AJ, Can I talk to you in the other room for a minute?" Denise said. "I guess."
AJ followed his mom down the hall and Stephanie sat down on the chair.

"You don't have to be so rude." Denise said. "She started it." "She wasn't rude to you." "But she was really rude to Stephanie and Stephanie didn't do anything to her." "I know. I'm sorry but try and be a little nicer to her." "I'm not going to be if she's rude to Stephanie. So anyway, why is she here or both of them? I mean the girl and the guy." "Well, I've been seeing Dave for a couple weeks now and I wanted you to meet him and his daughter, Christina, before she goes back to school." "Ok. Well, I met her now do I have to talk to her?" "Me and Dave are going out to dinner later and I don't want Christina to be lonley so I was wondering if you would take her to the movies?" "What about Stephanie?" "She could go to." "Why?" "Because I asked you to dot his." "What if I want to be alone with Stephanie tonight?" "Well, you two can be alone some other time. I'm asking you to do this favor for me."
AJ then stormed away and went upstairs to his old room.
Denise went back into the living room.
"Steph, Can you go talk to AJ? He's mad at me right now." Denise said. "I'll go." Christina said. "Thanks but I think right now he'd rather see Stephanie." "Ok. Where is he?" Stephanie said. "Upstairs. 3rd door on the right." "Ok."
Stephanie went upstairs and to the 3rd door on the right. She knocked on it.
"AJ, Can I come in?" she asked. "Yeah."
She opened the door and went in. Then she closed the door. AJ was lying on the bed. Stephanie went over and layed down next to him.
"Sweetie, what's wrong?" she asked. "Nothing." "If it was nothing, you wouldn't be up here. You would be downstairs cuddling with me. So what's the matter?" "My mom wants me to take that girl to the movies tonight and I don't want to." "Why?" "Because she's so rude."

"I have to use the bathroom. Where is it?" Christina said. "The last door on the left, upstairs." Denise said." Ok."
Christina went up the stairs and stopped when she heard talking.
"Because she's so rude." AJ said. "Do you mean to me?" "Yeah to you." "That's alright. It doesn't bother me." "Honey, I know you to well. Yes it does and it bothers me to."
Christina didn't like that they were talking about her and that AJ didn't call Stephanie by her first name so she burst into t he room.
"Do you know its really mean to talk about people?" she said.
